Information

Camp drills consist of:

  • Proper body contact techniques
  • Body - puck separation
  • 1 on 1 small area battles
  • Proper body positioning in relation to giving and receiving a check
  • Making player aware of danger areas on the ice

Our goal is that each player, either new to body contact or already have experience, become comfortable in a fun controlled environment.
