Designed to develop well-rounded defencemen, this camp provides players with the opportunity to refine position-specific skills. Our structured program focuses on key defensive techniques, emphasizing skating, edge control, transition play, and mobility with and without the puck.
Players will be challenged through high-intensity drills that focus on:
Proper body positioning and defensive play
Body contact, angling, and small-area battles
Lateral mobility and transitional play
Shooting in stride and creating lanes through traffic
Decision-making and ice awareness
With guidance from experienced instructors, our goal is to push players beyond their comfort zones, helping them build confidence, enhance their defensive skills, and elevate their game to the next level.
