Our U7 Total Player Development Camp is designed to introduce young athletes to the game by focusing on the foundational skills needed to build confidence and enjoyment on the ice. This program uses a structured approach to help players develop across all key areas, creating a well-rounded and positive first hockey experience.
Through focused and engaging on-ice sessions, players will gain hands-on experience in essential skills while learning in a fun, supportive environment. Each session is designed to keep players active, build coordination, and encourage a love for the game.
Key Skill Focus:
Skating fundamentals, balance & coordination
Basic puck skills – stickhandling & control
Introduction to shooting techniques
Fun small-area games & gameplay awareness
Confidence building and teamwork
By focusing on these core fundamentals, players will build a strong foundation for their hockey journey while developing confidence, skills, and excitement for the game—helping them take their first steps toward becoming a TOTAL COMPLETE PLAYER!
